Our Hotel's Kitchen



All the products we use in our kitchen are carefully selected from local producers. The jams, olive, olive oil, tomato paste and all baked products are made in our kitchen.

The founder of the Hunnap kitchen, Mrs. Sukran, has passed the kitchen in 2014 to her son Ural Bayraktar. We ask you to try out our food during your stay.

Bruschetta of golden Anatolian Wheat, pumpkin chips, sour yogurt with asparagus, zucchini flower stuffed with goat cheese, barbecued chili pepper with goat cheese, Hunnap meatballs, veal rib baked with fresh thyme
